Brewed on the farm for you

Double / Imperial India pale ale having an orange colour; topped with a lingering foam with tropical fruit aromas. Pleasant in the mouth, it is characterized by a medium roundness and a slightly malty flavour, which harmonizes a smooth finish with a trace of bitterness.

This style of beer draws its inspiration from the American West Coast, specifically from California where it originated in the mid-1990s. It is boiled for 120 minutes with several additions of hops at different intervals, as well as being raw hopped raw during fermentation to give it powerful aromas.

Recommendation: this beer is hopped raw. To preserve its freshness, store between 0 °C and 5°C away from direct sunlight.
