Sour raspberry beer.

White German; hoppy, unfiltered. It has a dense foam as well as an opaque orangey colouring. Dominant banana and citrus aromas with a vinous side reminiscent of white wine.

The Sieur de Léry, a graceful Pilsner with a full flavour, is brewed in accordance with the German purity law from the year 1516, "the Reinheitsgebot" which was in favour of decoction brewing and spring water drawn from the heart of the Appalachians.

A Pale Ale style red beer. It has a floral air and a beautiful bitterness. The unique method of decoction brewing gives it the refined taste found in specialty malts.

With a tropical aroma, that is reminiscent of mangoes, peaches and pineapples, this NEIPA style is a new variation of the traditional American IPA. It is intended to be less resinous and fruitier; less bitter and to have a silkier mouthfeel.

German style Weissbier. (Weiss) signifies white and (bier) is the translation for beer, taken together that means (white beer) or Blanche, all of these beer styles are brewed with wheat.

Triples are a classic beer style that originated in Belgium, these strong Abbaye Ales can vary from blond up to light amber in colour with up to 9% Alc./Vol.  This style was traditionally brewed only by Belgian Trappist Monks in their monasteries.

The Mariveraine, a beer brewed in honor of the Mariveraines and Mariverains, was specially created to mark the 275th anniversary of the city of Sainte-Marie de Beauce. Its distinct notes make it totally unique drink and simultaneously serve to honor the residents, all of them warm-hearted and valiant.

NEIPA meaning Northeast IPA is intended to be a new and contemporary interpretation of the traditional IPA style. Pale coloured, coarsely filtered with quite a substantial foam, it is mild tasting (it has a sweetness on the palate) as well, the lightness of the malt makes it possible to detect the bitterness. This beer, raw hopped with an appealing number of aromatic hops, has a refreshing aspect.

A brown beer with light fruity and coffee aromas. A mellow mouthfeel with a medium fullness and a hint of bitterness, it is certainly one the malt which is distinguishable.

The Kölsch or Koelsh is a regional beer style originated in Cologne Germany. These crisp pale blond highly drinkable hybrid brew are fermented with both Ale and Lager yeasts at 15 C.

A tangy, fruity and lightly sugary red beer with aromas of oak, vanilla and apple that give it a taste reminiscent of red wine.

A black beer having a creamy beige foam that leaves a lacing around the glass. It has aromas of vanilla, chocolate and ripe fruit.

La Nuit d’Automne is a dark ale with heady notes of liquorish, full-bodied and has a creamy foam. This beer, brewed by decoction, exudes a rich and caramelized taste with a pleasantly subtle bitterness that is followed by a roasted finish.

The Benedict Arnold is an English inspired India pale ale. It has a lingering foam and a coppery colour. Its rich and malty taste counterbalances a moderate bitterness; then, followed by floral notes from fine aromas of English hops, will make you live an unforgettable taste experience.
