NEIPA meaning Northeast IPA is intended to be a new and contemporary interpretation of the traditional IPA style. Pale coloured, coarsely filtered with quite a substantial foam, it is mild tasting (it has a sweetness on the palate) as well, the lightness of the malt makes it possible to detect the bitterness. This beer, raw hopped with an appealing number of aromatic hops, has a refreshing aspect.
